Single tank ultrasonic cleaner having a tank size of 10 x6 x 6 inches made out of 316 grade, 1.5 mm thick Stainless Steel, fitted with thermostatically controlled heater along with ultrasonic generator of 150 Watts. Basic Price: Rs 14, 000-00 (Fourteen Thousand) Ex works Noida. TECHNICAL-ANNEXTURE Technical Specifications of Trans Sonic Single Tank Ultrasonic Cleaner. Tank Material 316 grade, 1.6 mm thick SS duly buffed & Polished. Tank inner Dimensions 10 x 6 x 6 inches (LxBxH) Volume- 5.5 ltrs. Tank Housing The tank will be encased in a frame made out of SS Angle frame fitted with Stainless Steel Panels. Two no Heaters cartridge type ceramic heaters of NI.Cr. 80:20 grade of 500 watts encased in SS tubes fitted to the tank with removable flange type arrangement for easy replacement Thermostat Non Indicating type Transducers The transducers will be bonded to the bottom of the tank by weld bond technique in Bell shape Al. Blocks of 54mm dia for maximum power radiation. There will be 03 nos. of transducers of 50 watts each the, crystals used are PZT 4 of "Vernitron" UK Make. /American Pizo Electric USA. The wire used for connecting the transducers is of silicon rubber for maximum life at higher temperature. The washers used in the transducers are of Copper Chromium with Silver coating for maximum conduction. The epoxy used for bonding is of “Emerson & Cuming” Belgium for optimum temperature resistance. Ultrasonic Generator The ultrasonic generator is of solid-state design with auto tuning circuit for optimum efficiency. The ultrasonic generator will have 01 nos. modules of 150 watts Housed in a Powder coated cabinet the power out put average power will be 150 watts the peak power shall be 300 watts at a frequency of 30+/-3 kHz. All the components will be mounted in a replaceable type PCB with connectors for easy serviceability without using soldering Iron Out let : S.S Ball Valve 1/2”.at the rear side of the tank.
